This place suits me perfectly! I love the wi-fi, laundry, and non-smoking rooms. On my first stay, the staff helped me with some tech issues, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely come back for Christmas!

The staff were genuinely nice and helpful. I really appreciated finding a portable fan in the closet, which made my stay more comfortable despite the noisy wall fan.

The central location was a major plus, with quick access to shops and restaurants. Breakfast included a nice selection, perfect for families. However, the room had serious issues, including an overflowing toilet and a stained carpet, making it difficult to feel comfortable. Additionally, the outdated bathroom had a cold air issue, and follow-up from management after complaints was nonexistent.

The lake view from our room was spectacular! The staff was incredibly inviting and the room was clean with ample amenities. Breakfast was a delightful start to our day.
